Pistola's Catering by La Fuente Market and Uproot Meats in Phoenix, Oregon. Farm-to-table catering featuring forest-raised heritage pork, whole pig lechón, slow-roasted carnitas, fresh house-made chorizo, heirloom corn tortilla taco dinner kits, pinto beans cooked in pork lard, Spanish rice, and seasonal local salads. Taco catering packages serve 1–2 people for $30 or 3–4 people for $60. Catering starts at $15 per person.
